Are the radiator covers made to order?

Yes. Every cover is built to your measurements, style, and finish. Standard build time is 1–2 weeks; complex/multi items or special finishes are 2–3 weeks.

Can I change my order after checkout?

If production hasn’t started, we can usually update measurements, color, or grille. Contact us within 24 hours of purchase for the best chance to adjust.

Do you send order confirmations and updates?

Yes—order confirmation on purchase, then a shipping confirmation with tracking once it ships.

 

Measuring & Fit

How do I measure for a perfect fit?

Measure Height (floor to top), Length (left to right), and Depth (wall to farthest point). Add clearance: +1” H, +1 to +1.5” L, +0.75 to +1” D. Include valves and sills. Grab our printable Measure Kit (PDF).

What if I’m unsure about valves and obstacles?

Send photos with a tape measure visible. We’ll help confirm clearances and any needed cutouts.

Do covers reduce heat?

No—our venting and internal spacing are designed for convection. Keep the top and front vents clear for best performance.

 

Installation

How hard is installation?

Most installs take 10–20 minutes. Place the cover, check alignment, and optionally secure anti-tip brackets (recommended with kids/pets).

Can I use it freestanding in a rental?

Yes. Many customers use freestanding covers with non-marring pads. Anti-tip brackets can be attached to wall studs or anchors if allowed.

Do you provide hardware?

Anti-tip brackets are available on request. Standard screws/anchors are easy to source at any hardware store.

 

Shipping & Pickup

Where do you ship from?

All products ship from our Clifton, NJ workshop: 110 Market St, Clifton, NJ 07012.

How long does shipping take?

After build: Northeast 1–3 biz days, Midwest/South 3–5, West 5–7. Oversized items may ship freight.

Do you offer local pickup?

Yes—choose Local Pickup at checkout. We’ll email when it’s ready with pickup instructions.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Photograph the box and item and email us within 48 hours. We’ll replace or resolve per our Shipping Policy.

 

Returns & Refunds

Are custom items refundable?

Custom and made-to-order items are generally non-refundable once production begins. If we made an error or it arrived damaged, we’ll make it right. See Return & Refund Policy.

How long do I have to report an issue?

Please report damage, defects, or incorrect items within 7 days of delivery with photos.

 

Customization & Finishes

Can you color match?

Yes. Provide a brand/code (e.g., Benjamin Moore, Sherwin-Williams, RAL, HEX). We’ll confirm feasibility and finish sheen.

What styles do you offer?

OG (Original), SH (Shaker), Aura, and Mono (Baseboard). Each can be customized by size, grille pattern, and finish.

Do you do baseboard enclosures?

Yes—our Mono line is designed for baseboard heaters. Measure total run length and depth carefully.

Payments & Pricing

Which payment methods do you accept?

Major credit/debit cards, Shopify Payments, PayPal, and options shown at checkout.

How is pricing calculated?

Pricing is based on style + size + options. Base size is H20 × L20 × D8. Add-ons: every +2” Height = +$15; +2” Length = +$6; +2” Depth = +$20.

Do you charge sales tax?

We collect tax where required by law. Final tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.

Care & Maintenance

How do I clean the cover?

Use a damp microfiber cloth. Mild soap for spots. Avoid abrasives and harsh solvents. Vacuum grilles monthly for best airflow.

Do you provide touch-up paint?

Yes—contact us with your order number and color details.

Wholesale / Trade

Do you offer trade or volume pricing?

Yes for designers, property managers, and developers. Email project specs (sizes, quantities, timelines) for a quote.

Lead times for large orders?

Depends on volume and finish—typical is 3–6 weeks. We’ll confirm a schedule after reviewing your specs.

 

Troubleshooting

The cover rocks or isn’t level.

Check floor level and baseboards. Use non-marring pads or shims on the low side; confirm anti-tip bracket placement if used.

It feels warmer than expected.

Ensure top/front vents are unobstructed. Vacuum dust buildup. Verify clearances match the order size and radiator depth.

I measured wrong—what now?

Contact us ASAP. If production hasn’t started, we’ll update the order. If it has, we’ll suggest the lowest-cost fix (e.g., modify depth or add cutouts).
